Rasheeda Creighton is all about building - building businesses, building wealth, and most importantly, building up Black and Brown communities. After spending years in corporate America, she made a bold decision: to walk away and create something that truly mattered. Now, she’s on a mission to help others do the same.

As the Executive Director of The JWC Foundation, Rasheeda helps Black entrepreneurs and business owners turn their dreams into sustainable success. Whether it’s through community programs, networking opportunities, or real-world business advice, she’s committed to making sure Black entrepreneurs don’t just survive, but thrive.

She’s also the Founder of Killing Superwoman®, where she helps women - especially those balancing career, family, and personal growth - ditch the pressure to “do it all” and take control of their money and time. It is Rasheeda’s way of pouring into others who understand that the goal is always freedom: freedom of time and money.

A proud graduate of Spelman College and The University of Michigan Law School, Rasheeda believes success isn’t about following a set path, it’s about creating your own. And of all the titles she holds (entrepreneur, leader, advocate), her favorite title will always be Mom to her daughters, Zoe, Akilah, and Saván.
